Constituent Groups

The purpose of the four constituent groups is to represent their members while working together to contribute to decisions that benefit the college as a whole.

Board Policies and Administrative Procedures

Board policy is the voice of the Governing Board, which, through policy, delegates authority to and through the Superintendent/President to administer the District. The Superintendent/President and District employees are responsible for interpreting board policy and relevant laws and regulations that govern the District. Policies are adopted by the Board of Trustees.. Administrative procedures are guidelines and reference materials used to implement Board policy. Procedures are approved by the Superintendent/President.
