Napa Valley College Consumer Information Annual Notification 

In compliance with federal regulations and set forth by The Higher Education Act of 1965,Napa Valley College is committed to providing our students with important information regarding their educational rights, resources, and institutional policies. This serves to inform you about various consumer information that may impact your educational experience. Each topic listed below gives a brief description of the information that must be disclosed and explains how it can be obtained.

Key Information Includes: 

1. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA): Students have the right to access their education records and request amendments. More information regarding FERPA can be found on the Admissions and Records webpage.

2. Financial Aid: Information regarding financial aid programs, eligibility requirements, applications, payment and disbursements, and policies can be found at our Financial Aid Office or on our website: NVC Financial Aid.

3. Accreditation: Napa Valley College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC). For more information, please visit ACCJC Website.

5. Athletics: Information regarding annual participation rates and financing of men’s and women’s sports in intercollegiate athletic programs is available by request. Contact the Athletic Department for more information.
