Work Order Request
Facilities Services uses a computerized maintenance management system for requesting and tracking building maintenance, grounds, and custodial related work orders for Napa Valley College campuses.
Facilities work orders are reviewed and scheduled in accordance with our Facilities Work Order Prioritization Guidelines, which outline how requests are evaluated and assigned based on urgency, safety, and operational impact. This guidelines document is posted on the Facilities Services website for reference.
Please note that work orders specific to River Trail Village are not managed through this system. River Trail Village requests must be submitted and tracked through the work order software managed by Asset Living.
