Dual Enrollment/Early College Credit
What is Dual Enrollment?
Dual enrollment refers to opportunities for high school or adult school students – or other eligible students – to enroll in community college courses as a special admit student and receive college credit via enrollment for which the student’s high school or adult school may also award credit.
Napa Valley College offers Dual Enrollment opportunities for high school students. Opportunities include:
- Individual courses at the college campus or online
- Courses on high school campuses as part of the College and Career Access Pathway (CCAP) agreement, and
- Early College High Program at New Technology High School where students may graduate high school and receive an associate degree simultaneously.
