On-Campus Health & Wellness Resources

Basic Needs Center Resources:
  • The Basic Needs Center The Basic Needs Center is available Monday-Friday to support all enrolled Napa Valley College students. Register with Pantry Soft to pick up food and hygiene items. Drop-in for clothing, menstrual products and diapers and wipes for students with infants. Located in Room 1202 behind the Little Theater (building 1200).
Student Health Center Resources:
  • The Student Health Centerprovides on-campus medical services such as consultations, select prescriptions and over-the-counter medications are provided at no cost.  
  • A Relaxation Roomis available at the Student Health Center and includes a massage chair, weighted blankets and coloroing activities to help relieve stress and anxiety.
  • Lactation Rooms are located at the Student Health Center in Building 2250 and Room 1437. For access Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm, call Student Health Center (707) 256-7780. If unable to reach Student Health Center or after hours, call College Police (707) 256-7777.
Mental Health Services:
  • Mental Health Services (MENTIS)provides free, confidential therapy services to active NVC students in-person, on campus. Virtual appointments also available.

Off-Campus Health & Wellness Resources

Community Mental Health Services:
  • Soluna App provides FREE, confidential 24/7 mental health support is available through  a virtual health and well-being platform designed for college students. Includes on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors. 
  • Aldea Counseling Services (ACS) encompasses a wide range of mental health services, including: Individual, family and group psychotherapy, Behavioral support services and Psychiatry. For residents of Napa and Solano Counties, serving those who are ages 6-21 and enrolled in Medi-Cal.
  • Napa County Mental Health Counseling ServicesMental Health therapy services are available to Napa County residents who are Medi-Cal eligible.
  • Solano County Behavioral Health helps connect Solano County residents who are Medi-Cal eligible to mental health counseling services.
