Classified Leadership Institute

What is CLI? Have you ever heard of the Classified Leadership Institute?

This is something worth taking the time for. The annual Institute focuses on effective Classified participation in the participatory (shared) governance process, both state-wide and at the local district and college levels. This is open to all Classified Professionals working at the 100+ California Community Colleges across the state.

There are both general and breakout sessions with motivational speakers as well as fellow colleagues from various community colleges in California. It is where information and practices are shared to assist fellow colleges with their practices as they continue to support students in higher education.

CLI also provides a great opportunity to network with people that do the same job that you do, encouraging confidence and knowledge of our California Community Colleges.
