What We’re Asking
To ensure that the Technology Master Plan reflects the needs of our entire NVC community, we’re seeking your feedback in the form of a SWOT analysis of our technology’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
We are asking for volunteers to join a focus group to participate in a Voice of the Customer feedback session. This exercise will be conducted over a zoom link utilizing a unique feedback software. The session will capture the expectations, needs, and desires of campus technology users. This is a unique opportunity to share your insights on how technology impacts your work, your students, and the campus experience. Participants of the Voice of the Customer focus group will receive a $10 gift card in appreciation for your time and input.
