Program Highlights

NVC’s program provides foundational coursework in the principles of chemistry, organic chemistry, and biological chemistry, with opportunities to gain practical experience in a laboratory setting. In addition to fulfilling requirements for transfer students in Chemistry, the program’s courses satisfy prerequisites for advanced study in areas as diverse as Respiratory Care and Viticulture and Winemaking. NVC course credits can be applied toward an AS Degree in Natural Science.
