This program dives into technical winemaking by combining the best of web-learning with intensive on-campus training at Napa Valley College’s award winning winery. The Viticulture and Winery Technology program at Napa Valley College is one of the largest winemaking programs in the world. For 30+ years the VWT program has trained all levels of the Napa Valley workforce—from cellar workers to winemakers. Classes are taught by leading industry professionals in a commercial vineyard and award winning winery.
