Diplomas
The information that follows is a general explanation of procedures related to graduate diplomas for commencement ceremonies, year after year.
All graduates participating in the ceremony will receive a diploma cover when they walk up the stage, containing a congratulatory note. No official or personalized document is handed out to graduates during the ceremony.
The actual diploma or certificate is mailed to graduates upon verification of completion of all their requirements. For information on the processing and timeline for mailing of diplomas or certificates, please refer to the Admissions and Records Diploma website.
IMPORTANT
If your address changes after the semester is completed, please update your mailing address directly with Parchment after receiving your notification text and email about your diploma or certificate.
