Bio

Patricia Bohls earned their Master of Science in Entomology at the University of California, Davis, studying honey bees and their ectoparasite, Varroa destructor. Mx. Bohls started teaching at Napa Valley College for the Fall 2017 semester. In addition to teaching Biology at NVC, they also work for the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) as a Senior Environmental Scientist (Specialist) serving as the Biodiversity Coordinator.
