At the June 11 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board approved the 2019-2020 Educational Master Plan Update and the 2020-2021 Tentative Budget. Staff, faculty and board members extended their thanks and appreciation to Faye Smyle, interim assistant superintendent/vice president, academic affairs, who served in the interim position for the last year. The Board ratified the results of the faculty chair election for the Language Arts and Developmental Studies (LADS) division and appointed Dr. Tia Madison faculty chair and awarded Certificates of Appreciation to current student government officers.
