Board of Trustees – July 2020
At the July 9 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board approved the Five-Year Capital Outlay Construction Plan and District Order of Priority as required each year by the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office. The Board also approved the District’s Updated District Fee Schedule for services provided by the District and for the use of District facilities. Stephen Siri from The Martin Group provided a brief update on the campus student housing project, including the costs associated with a pedestrian path, the timeline for the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) process, and the selection of a bond underwriter.
