Board Meeting: February 2021

At the February 11 Board of Trustees meeting, the board approved a contract with the County of Napa to provide support for redistricting of trustee areas as required by law following the census. The Board also approved the 2021-2022 legislative priorities and the nonresident tuition fee and approved BP 4020 and BP 4029.

Board of Trustees: January 2021

At the January 14 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board unanimously approved a resolution authorizing lease of certain real property located on the Napa Valley College Upper Valley Campus to the City of St. Helena for municipal purposes. Board chair Jennifer Baker appointed board members to committees and college foundations and Napa Valley College Foundation executive director Jessica Thomason provided an update on foundation activities.
