The rehearsal is mandatory for any graduate needing special accommodations.
Accommodations are not guaranteed unless the Office of Student Affairs contacts the graduate to confirm receipt of their request for special accommodations. A phone conversation or in-person meeting will be required to discuss these arrangement.
Disability Accommodations for Guests
Seating for guests with a disability (and one family member only) is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend you arrive by 4:30 p.m. No pre-arrangements are needed.
Guests requiring special accommodations must arrive early to secure seats in the seating areas reserved for disabled guests. You should enter through the ramp in front of the Library before that entrance is closed to through traffic. Refer to the Maps and Parking page to find exact location of this area.
