Welcome to my Napa Valley College web page.
I received my Ph.D. in Biology from UCLA and have been teaching at NVC since 2005. My academic interests include physiology and functional anatomy of animals (including humans), physiological adaptation to challenging environments, and animal evolution. Currently, I teach Human Anatomy (BIOL 218), Human Physiology (BIOL 219, spring semester), and General Zoology (BIOL 240, fall semester).
