Creating Tangible Financial Benefits for Napa Valley College
Napa Valley College District Auxiliary Services (DAS) was incorporated
October 2013 as a nonprofit public corporation for the purpose of
promoting and assisting the educational mission of Napa Valley College.
In fulfilling its mission, DAS employees support on campus programs and
services in addition to supporting regional business and industry.
is governed by a Board of Directors and the
Napa Valley College Superintendent/President serves as the DAS Chief Executive office and Board Chair.
DAS is a
multi-dimensional organization created to provide a multitude of
services, efficiently and effectively under the auspices of a single
organization. DAS returns a significant portion of its revenues
generated through these programs to aid the College in achieving its
