  • Board of Govenors Enrollment Fee Waiver for AB540 Eligible Students (effective January 2013)
    • 2012-2013 Fee Waiver applies to the following semesters: Summer 2012, Fall 2012 and Spring 2013. Students are must reapply each academic year.

    • Spring 2013 & Summer 2013 deadline: 04/05/13
    • A complete educational plan will be required with the Financial Aid Appeal Form. Academic Transcripts from all prior schools must be on file with Admissions & Records prior to making an appointment with an academic counselor.  Academic counselors may not be available during the summer and early fall for educational plan development.
    • Submission of an appeal does not guarantee approval. Students should be prepared to pay for the cost of their books and other school related expenses pending the outcome of the appeal.
    • An incomplete Financial Aid Appeal Form and missing documention will be returned to students unprocessed.

Parents wanting to discuss their children’s financial aid status, forms and/or data will need to request their children to download and fully complete the Student Release of Information Consent/Withdraw Form and submit it to the Financial Aid Office before contacting us for information.  Per FERPA regulations, the financial aid office is not allowed to discuss any financial aid status, forms or data with unauthorized persons.
