The Napa Valley Cooking School Food Enthusiast Program is a truly unique wine country experience. If you are looking for a place to take your culinary knowledge and experience to a new level or an exciting and interactive activity for your next event, our professional cooking school could be just the place.  Evening and weekend classes are available year round and are instructed by local chef’s whose vast experience is shared through their enthusiasm for teaching. 

Students work together in groups or individually with direction from the chef who is assisted by our professional culinary students.  Our small class size assures that each student receives one on one time with the chef and lots of hands on cooking experience.  A printed recipe package is provided and at the end of each class students feast of the fruits of their labor!

Class subjects include The Making of a Home Chef, a series designed for beginning cooks, single subject classes such as Rib Mania, classes focused on culinary hot spots such as Italy, France and Thailand, and dessert and pastry classes such as Puff The Magic Pastry and Operation Chocolate.  We also offer Culinary Adventures, a special way to experience artisan food production, purchasing and eating from a Chef's perspective! We will be exploring the culinary hot spots of the East Bay, Bio-diverse Farms and Cheesemakers in Sonoma, Marin and Napa Counties, San Francisco's China Town and much, much more!  So whether you are an experienced home cook or just starting to explore the culinary arts you are sure to find yourself right at home here at the Napa Valley Cooking School.
